I’m up .4 lbs from last week.
Not the end of the world and I’m making adjustments in my diet to get over this blip.
less carbs + less nuts = more weight loss … I hope.
Only 8 more weeks until January 1st! No pressure :D
I’m so excited … a new decade both in time and weight is waiting for me.
‘millin on the Grindstone ~~ 45 min. @ 3.5 mph
My foot starts hurting around this time so I’m keeping it at this time and speed until I feel I can add on some minutes & speed without hurting myself. :D


1st meal ~~ 3 hard boiled eggs + green onion + olives + celery + 2 T light mayo on romaine plus 3/4 cup almond milk & espresso + Splenda & 1/2 cup light ricotta + strawberries + 1 T sunflower/pumpkin seed mix
2nd meal ~~ chicken breast + onion + red & green pepper + salsa + romaine + 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
3rd meal ~~ 1 cup almond milk + water + 1 scoop protein powder + spinach + mixed berries
4th meal ~~ ground beef + salsa + romaine + 1/4 cup plain 2% yogurt
5th meal ~~ 1 hamburger patty – plain … after work
lots of H2O & green tea + 2 T psyllium in water before meal #4
