I’m close to having another pedi :)

‘millin in the mornin’ ~~ 60 min. @ 3.6 mph

I said the other day that eating ricotta every day wasn’t a bright thing to do but after checking labels and comparing the light ricotta to the 2% cottage cheese, I feel comfortable eating it more regularly.
The ricotta has 20 more calories & 2 g more fat per half cup. But it excels in the sodium dept. with 140mg per half cup compared with the cottage cheese’s 410mg
Carbs and protein are the same. I don’t believe that it would be ricotta that hinders my weight loss.

The Food:
1st meal ~~ egg whites + spinach + mushrooms + green onion + coffee with almond milk

2nd meal ~~ 1 cup almond milk + 1 scoop protein powder + water + 1/2 banana + mixed fruit
3rd meal ~~ 2 hard boiled eggs + baby romaine + baby cuke + tomatoes + red onion + yellow pepper + hot pepper rings + 2 T Greek dressing
4th meal ~~ 1 cup almond milk + 1 scoop protein powder + water + 1/2 banana + mixed fruit









5th meal ~~
8 jumbo shrimp + 1 Dsp olive oil + broccoli + 1/8 cantaloupe + coffee with almond milk


6th meal ~~ 2/3 cup Shredded Wheat & Bran + almond milk + 1/2 banana
7th meal (!!!) ~~ light ricotta + walnuts + cinnamon + vanilla
This was a stupid thing to do … too many calories, too late at night. Watching biggest Loser of all things.

2 T psyllium husks
