So … I had my blood tested for TH levels and for the second time in a row my med dosage is being lowered. I’m assuming it’s because I’m losing weight and my body needs less Synthroid. I also did get a call from the hospital yesterday saying I’m being sent for a PET scan in Toronto. It’s a very expensive test and more accurate than the scanner here in Windsor. I have to go tomorrow to sign papers to give the Dr. permission to put in the request to send me. I wasn’t expecting this. I hope it’s just a precautionary measure and not an indication that something’s wrong again. I see my endocrinologist tomorrow as well so I’ll get answers as to what’s going on. This is what made me munchy last night. I kind of panicked a little and tried to soothe my worries with my snacks. Just a little blip.

I PIGGED OUT TONIGHT … CEREAL, TORTILLA WRAPS WITH MELTED CHEESE, PEANUTS & CHOCOLATE … BLECCCCCCHHHHHH. I REGRET IT ALREADY AND WON’T BE HAPPY TOMORROW MORNING ON THE SCALE.
I’m tired of the process and I completely lost my focus after work. I couldn’t get the carbs in to me fast enough.
I didn’t go to bed on time last night … got up at 4:40 am to workout … felt dizzy at work and fatigued. My head just wasn’t in the game and I allowed my weaknesses to overpower my strength. It’ll show up on the scale for a few days I’m sure but it’ll come off in due time. I have to remember that and not let one setback become a complete meltdown. I WILL get to my goal in time.
