There are some diet pilosophies that state you can have one day a week where you have a cheat meal or an entire cheat day and still lose weight. Not me. I had two cheat *incidents* (the rest of the meals on both days were exemplary diet-wise) and it’s shown up as a 4.4 pound gain. This is definitely not the route I can take.

I’m panicking about reaching my goal in time and this is crazy thinking because I was right on track. I’m funny that way. Even with my success, I still think I’m failing. I keep thinking I have to change things up … but nothing’s broken ~~ I’m clipping right along here. I have no idea why I do this.

The Food: more damage control

1st meal ~~ egg whites + spinach + mushrooms + green onions + raspberries + coffee with

almond milk
2nd meal ~~ chicken breast + green pepper + asparagus + sweet potato + pear + coffee with almond milk
3rd meal ~~ 8 jumbo shrimp + 1 tsp olive oil + broccoli + 1/8 cantaloupe
4th meal ~~ 2 high fiber tortillas + 2 T lemon & dill hummus + cuke + romaine + hot peppers + 1.5 cups of almond milk + banana with nutmeg & vanilla
lots of water
If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
