Today, my friend and I are going to see Rent. Should be a great afternoon.
(it was :D )

The gain is a drain on my brain. Never again! pffft.
Seriously, the peanuts and chocolate concoctions were definitely not worth this.

The Food: behaving

1st meal ~~ egg whites + spinach + mushrooms + green onion + strawberries + coffee with almond milk
2nd meal ~~ 2 cups almond milk + 1 scoop protein powder + banana + nutmeg & vanilla
3rd meal ~~ beef + sweet pepper + green onions + mushrooms + broccoli + sweet potato + oyster sauce + raspberries



4th meal ~~ 2 cups Shredded Wheat & Bran + almond milk + 1 banana
lots of water
