The enticement of gorging on favorite goodies and the brief euphoria brought on by a bingefeast certainly isn’t worth the exhaustion of feeling like I let myself down yet again.
I could be in the very low 200’s right this very minute and that feeling would’ve been golden. *That feeling* that no binge can ever duplicate.
Oh, I’ll get there soon enough, but all this undoing takes so much mental effort … more effort than actually fighting back urges to binge in the first place because the feelings of failure linger for days. I have to come up with an anchor of some kind to help jolt me out of my trances that I go in to where the FeastBeast takes over my brain and tempts me in to Gorge-ousness.

The Food:
1st meal ~~ egg whites + spinach + mushrooms + green onion + strawberries & cantaloupe + coffee with almond milk
looks a little radioactive … bad lighting this morning.
2nd meal ~~ chicken breast + asparagus + 1/2 pat butter + dijon + pear + coffee with almond milk
3rd meal ~~ 1 pouch tuna + 1/2 cup chickpeas + salad fixings + 2 T dressing
4th meal ~~ 2 cups almond milk + 1 scoop protein powder + raspberries
5th meal ~~ walnuts + 4 almonds
lots of water
