5 short weeks to go.

I have to lose an average of 2.68 lbs per week in order to get to 199 by January 1/1O.

My friend John told me to remember how far I’ve come since this time last year, not to compare myself with others, decide whether I want to reduce my food intake or increase my exercise … or both … or neither.
That I am doing it. That I am successful.
and most importantly, be happy right now with where I am.
and keep going. :D

‘millin on The Grindstone ~~ 90 min. @ 3.6 mph … first 5 minutes was warm-up at 3 mph

‘millin after work ~~ 30 min. @ 3.6 mph … first 5 min. was warm-up at 3 mph


The Food:
1st meal ~~ 2 cups almond milk + 1 scoop protein powder + 1 banana + spinach
2nd meal ~~ steak + broccoli + 1 pat butter + 1/2 banana + 1 T natural peanut butter + coffee with almond milk
3rd meal ~~ 3 oz. turkey burger + 1 cup green & yellow beans + 3/4 cup butternut squash + 1 pat butter
Snacks ~~ apple + pear + 20 almonds + 2 boiled eggs + 2 oatmeal/chocolate chip cookies … :D
After work ~~ 1/2 turkey burger + 1 T natural peanut butter
lots of water
