The David Gray concert was CRAZY-ASS BRILLIANT!!!
From the opening notes of this song, I was inexplicably in tears. It so moved me … the lightshow accompanying the music … his voice … the sweetness of the guitar … it went on forever. Spiritual experience isn’t overstating for me. Sandy said it was over 15 minutes long. It went on much longer than it does here. Pure awesomeness.
I will definitely be seeing him again live. His live performance spoiled me for the cd’s (remember those? haha)
I’m bringing my Flip next time. He doesn’t discourage it and his website encourages fans to share their recordings of his concerts. Cool.
What a way to begin the New Year. Fabulous!
