My Radio Debuts

I’m having a pretty lazy night tonight. I’ve been sitting here with the laptop watching <a href="http://www.nbc.com/the-biggest-loser/”>biggest Loser and now Chopped while the husband reads me Freakonomics. Needless to say I’m not really focuses on anything very well. Although I did muster up enough energy to make a smoothie for a quick snack.

Anyway, I thought I’d post the two radio shows I was lucky enough to be apart of today. I had so much fun!

Other then that, I got nothing for ya tonight but my daily food journal. I’m starting to get back into a grove. I even rushed after work and squished in a yoga class before heading home. I’m hoping to make that a weekly ritual. :)

bran flakes w/ blueberries & lighter choc soy milk (light choc soy watered down a bit <-still yummy & saves money and cals!
cherry tomatoes. . . yum!
leftover baked pasta would have been enough for lunch but the coworkers brought some triscuts i munched on too . :)
pudding cup at my desk :)
3 pieces of chocolate from the candy story. :)
leftover balsamic dijon chicken tenders and cauliflower and broccoli with grapes for dessert! :)
cinnamon spiced strawberry chocolate smoothie
